v C/O form D. Goods exported to countries in the ASEAN region that enjoy tariff preferences under the CEPT Agreement.
Ø C/O of ASEAN countries:
v C/O Form E. Goods exported to China and ASEAN countries are eligible for tariff preferences under the ASEAN-China agreement.
v C/O Form AK (ASEAN - Korea). Goods exported to Korea and ASEAN countries are eligible for tariff preferences under the ASEAN-Korea agreement.
v C/O Form AJ (ASEAN - Japan).
v C/O Form AI (ASEAN - India).
v C/O Form AANZ (ASEAN - Australia - New Zealand).
v C/O Form VJ (Vietnam - Japan). Goods exported to Japan are eligible for tariff preferences under the Vietnam - Japan agreement.
Ø C/O for Vietnam with import/export countries:
v C/O Form VC (Vietnam - Chile).
v C/O Form S (Vietnam - Laos).
v C/O Form GSTP: goods exported to countries participating in the global trade preference system (GSTP).
v C/O Form ICO. issued for coffee products grown and harvested in Vietnam exported to all countries according to the regulations of the International Coffee Organization (ICO).
v C/O Form Textile (abbreviated as form T) issued for textiles exported to the EU according to the Vietnam - EU textile agreement.
v C/O Form Mexico: (commonly known as Anexo III) issued for textiles, footwear exported to Mexico according to Mexico's regulations.
v C/O Form Venezuela: issued for goods exported to Venezuela according to Venezuela's regulations.
Ø Phytosanitary Certificate
v PHYTO is the abbreviation of the phrase "Phytosanitary Certificate", which is an official document certifying that plants or plant products have been inspected and do not contain harmful pathogens or pests, meeting the biosafety requirements and regulations of the importing country.
v PHYTO certification is usually issued by the phytosanitary authority of the exporting country, after shipments have been properly inspected and treated to ensure that they do not carry harmful agents, helping to prevent disease risks in the agricultural sector and the natural environment.
Ø Health Certificate
v Health Certificate (HC) is a very important document for exporting products abroad. Pursuant to Circular No. 52/2015/TT-BYT dated December 21, 2015. Health Certificate is a type of certification document issued for foods, food additives, processing aids. Tools, packaging materials, food containers when organizations and individuals request.
Ø INSPECTION IMPORTED GOODS QUALITY
v Quality inspection of imported goods is a mandatory task that must be carried out before importing goods in the list of goods requiring inspection (list of goods group 2). The purpose is to ensure that imported goods meet quality and safety standards before being distributed and used in the domestic market.
